2004 New Year Update

Well, here we are starting off 2004 with a bang! Hello to all of you out there who are living life on the Atkins Diet as I am. Yes, I still believe the Atkins Diet Sucks!!!

It's been quite a year (2003) for me. I started the diet early in the year, and then started this website months afterwards.

The diet has been good and bad. Good because I have since lost close to 25 pounds and I feel great. But also bad, since I can't stand not being able to eat all the things I used to love to eat every day.

But I'm going to stick with it for as long as I can bear it. Weight loss is important to my health. I plan on continuing my Atkins diet, even though it sucks!, and this website for as long as I can. I mean, it's worked so far right?

Why do you think the Atkins diet sucks?

We really don't. In fact, we love the Atkins diet! It has done a great job for us, our friends and hundreds of thousands of other people.

However, as with any diet, there are downsides, so we felt the need to build this humorous website to showcase some of the Atkins diet downsides.
