This is a trick that where when you're in an insurance fraud activity or with the #ragdolls cheat activated, if you ragdoll just as you're rising from jumping, you jump much higher than usual and can get to places you shouldn't be able to normally.
Aswell as it's just fun to jump and ragdoll around anywhere.
