The obsession with the identification with a separate I that asserts (falsely) "I am this body, and I am separate from others," will produce great suffering. Root this false belief out at the core and suffering drops away, leaving only what IS ... Being, just That. You are and you know you are. Stay with that. All else must be subsumed into Not Knowing.
