The opening intro/scene from the 1966 teleplay made inside San Quentin State Prison writen, acted, filmed, built/art direction and edited all by inmates of the prison the first of it's kind in the world. Rick Cluchey had one week prior to this five-day shooting schedule to revise his 2 hour long one act play called "Le Cage." This teleplay was aired on KQED-TV, San Fransisco in mid-February, 1967.
