Video duration: 85 seconds

On the morning of August 13th, 2004 Orlando, FL meteorologist Tom Terry correctly predicted the change in direction of Hurricane Charley an hour before many other media sources. This prediction is one of my key memories from that day, and helped many in my area prepare for something that was previously forecasted to miss the area.

The real highlight of this storm though was it's gust front and associated 30-45mph wind gusts as the storm first arrived.

Yet another strong storm (my 3rd this week) rolled through on June 16th, 2007. The storm produced vivid lightning, heavy rains and very gusty winds (up to 45mph). The winds caused a few small pine tree limbs to snap during the storm, and you can actually see one of the small limbs go on this video if you look closely.
