F. R. David or Eli Robert Fitoussi as his real name is was born in Tunisia but he grew up in france and still lives there.
The song was included on his third album "Reflections" that was released 1987.
Truly a catchy song in the same style as his earlier hits "Words" & "Pick Up the Phone"
